I completed my studies at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (www.ion.ac.uk) and am a recognized member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (www.bant.co.uk)
I provide extra specialist advice and support to the Body Bank Personal Training team so they have the most advanced nutritional knowledge to help you achieve your goals. Clients are also welcome to attend my London clinic at Studio G14 or arrange a telephone consultation. My specialist areas are blood sugar imbalances, cardiovascular health, sports nutrition, hormone imbalances and weight management.
I am passionate about nutritious food and believe food should not only be good for you, but taste great too. The better it tastes, the more likely you are too eat it! I am realistic and understand that hectic lifestyles can make healthy eating tricky at times. However with my knowledge and your commitment, we will find a way to reach your specific nutritional goals.
I believe in long term, sustainable, enjoyable nutrition. My approach is holistic, looking at all systems rather than focusing on just one. I do not recommend ‘dieting’ –in my opinion it never, ever works. My focus is on changing eating and lifestyle habits for good. When you begin to see the improvements in your health and waistline, you will be in no doubt as to how powerful nutrition can be. Eat to live, LOVE to eat!
