    * Training programme and plan of action.
    * Scheduled reassessments to monitor progression.

All the data will be recorded and kept in your own confidential file so we can monitor your progress and highlight areas which need more attention. If you feel uncomfortable taking certain data that’s fine too, you can still measure your goals from how you look and feel or how your clothes fit.
